Current Open Positions:
Part-Time Dog Walker (Downtown Orlando/Winter Park area)
Part-Time Dog Walker (Longwood/Altamonte area)
What We’re Looking For:
- Have 1+ years of experience working with dogs and cats in a business or shelter/rescue environment, and a willingness to learn
- Have the ability to handle large dogs and multiple dogs at once; must be able to lift up to 150 lbs.
- Have customer service experience and a customer-focused mentality
- Ability to work between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm
- Be tech-savvy and possess the ability to learn a new software
- Ability to commit to 3-5 set days of work per week, including holidays and weekends

What You Might Not Love About The Job:

- Your schedule will depend on client demand, which means that we do not guarantee the same number of hours each week. This role is best for the dedicated individual looking for supplemental income.
- Lots of driving! We do provide a reimbursement for miles travelled and pay hourly, including time in the car.
- We can’t control the crazy Florida weather. You’ll be outside in the heat and rain!
- Dog walks take place all over town, which means that the bulk of your work will be on your own. You should enjoy working independently and be able to time manage and complete tasks without direct supervision.
The Must-Haves
- A positive attitude, resiliency, client interaction skills and proven communication skills
- Live within 5-10 minutes of job application site
- Reliable transportation and a newly released iPhone or smart phone
- Dependability- The pets are counting on you!
- Ability to lift, control and care for pets of all sizes and demeanors (Great Danes included)
Starting pay is $12/hr, plus tips and a mileage reimbursement.
